The publication are also stating that Premier league giants Manchester City, as well as both Bayern Munich and Arsenal have sent scouts to Ajax’s match against PSV on Sunday afternoon, showing the player may just be the real deal.
Since breaking into the football scene last term, De Ligt has already shown to all that he is good enough to win every winnable as a footballer.
The 18-year-old frequently showcases his brilliant ability on and off the ball and a high level of maturity, attributes that have seen some football fans and pundictys alike label him as one of European football’s most promising players.
